Brandon and I visiting his girlfriend, who also was an exchange student, at her host family’s house in Madrid, Spain.

On the way to Madrid from Barcelona, Brandon had this idea to make grated tomato, pulp basically, sandwiches. Just grate a fresh tomato and put the pulp on bread. We ate those on the train.

Pretty messy, but actually pretty good. I don’t know where he got the idea.

Getting ready for the Iron Maiden concert in Los Angeles (June 1988) sitting in the fourth row center. I bought the tickets for Brandon (right blue shirt) and me (left white shirt) as his high school graduation present before he went to Spain.
